Comments on: Social Boycott of Dalits in MP: Uncivil Society, apathetic administration http://kafila.org/2009/11/30/social-boycott-of-dalits-in-mp-uncivil-society-apathetic-administration/ media | politics | dissent Fri, 10 Feb 2012 18:48:22 +0000 hourly 1 http://wordpress.com/ By: प्रशासन ने भी छुआछुत एवं जातिगत भेदभाव की स्थिति को स्वीकार किया « तरकश http://kafila.org/2009/11/30/social-boycott-of-dalits-in-mp-uncivil-society-apathetic-administration/#comment-17079 Tue, 24 May 2011 16:02:12 +0000 http://kafila.org/?p=3585#comment-17079 [...] > युवा संवाद म.प्र. और नागरिक अधिकार मंच द्वारा नवम्बंर 2009 में गाड़रवाड़ा तहसील के चार गॉवों (नान्देर,मड़गुला,देवरी और टेकापार) में दलित समुदाय के साथ सवर्ण जातियों द्वारा जबरन मवेशी  उठवाने और ना उठाने पर उनके सामाजिक और आर्थिक प्रतिबंध लगाने की घटनाओं पर फैक्ट फांईड़िग भी की गई थी।  फैक्ट फाइंडिंग टीम ने मध्य प्रदेश के गाडरवारा तहसील के चार गांवो में सैकड़ों अहिरवार समुदाय के लोगों से बातचीत करने पर पाया था कि अहिरवार समाज (दलित ) द्वारा राज्य स्तर पर मृत मवेशी  उठाने जैसे अमानवीय व गैरसंवैधानिक काम न करने के सामुहिक निर्णय के जबाब में सवर्ण जातियों के लिए यह कैसे नाक का विषय बन गया है। सवर्ण दलितों पर सामाजिक, आर्थिक प्रतिबंध लगा कर उनको निर्णय बदलने के लिए लगातार मजबूर कर रहे हैं। सवर्ण चाहतें है कि दलित अपने आत्मसम्मान की लड़ाई बंद कर दें। दलित सवर्णों के मृत पशु उठाकर उनकी सामाजिक-सांस्कृतिक गुलामी करतें रहें। इस सबंध में संगठनों द्वारा मध्य प्रदेश के राज्यपाल सहित प्रदेश प्रशासन एवॅ विभिन्न आयोगों को ज्ञापन भी सौपे गये थे।  राष्ट्रीय मानव अधिकार आयोग द्वारा इस सबंध में नरसिंहपुर जिला प्रशासन से रिर्पोट तलब की गई थी। इस सबंध में संभागीय उपायुक्त आदिवासी विकास जबलपुर द्वारा मामले की जॉच की गई तथा इसकी रिर्पोट आदिम जाति कल्यांण विभाग नरसिंहपुर द्वारा राष्ट्रीय मानव अधिकार आयोग नई दिल्ली को भेजी गई।  आयोग द्वारा इस जॉच रिर्पोट की एक प्रति संगठन को भी भेजी गई है। इस रिर्पोट में प्रशासन द्वारा यह स्वीकार किया गया है कि गॉवों में अभी भी छुआछुत और जातिय भेदभाव विद्वमान है। जिसकी वजह से अनुसूचित जाति के लोगों को सार्वजनिक स्थलों के उपयोग,निस्तार और अन्य दूसरी सुविधाओं के उपयोग में  दिक्कतांे का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। प्रशासन ने यह भी माना है कि छुआछुत,निस्तार की सुविधाओं का अभाव तथा अनुसूचित जाति के लोगों का राशन कार्ड नही बनाये जाने की स्थिति अभी भी विद्वमान है। बहर हाल यह मामला कवेल चार गाँव का नहीं है , देश प्रदेश के जयादातर गाँव के तस्वीर जुदा नहीं है !  दरअसल इस मामले में हम सब को अभी लम्बा सफ़र तय करना है  -युवा संवाद युवा संवाद और नागरिक अधकार मंच द्वारा जरी रिपोर्ट यहाँ से देखा  जा सकता है  http://kafila.org/2009/11/30/social-boycott-of-dalits-in-mp-uncivil-society-apathetic-administration... I understand your agony very well . Baba Saheb Ambedkar and other aboriginal Indian leaders of that time submitted their views to the Indian society as well as to the British rulers and the Brahmnist rulers .
They were succeeded in recording their human rights as fundamental rights in the Government of India Act. 1935 A.D. and the Indian Constitution 1950 A.D. But we are so much lethargic that we as well as the rulers could not implement the Constitution in true sense .
My son did four years degree Bachelor in Multimedia ( electronic media , print media and animation ) with 83% marks . He is now executive in a company as animator . My wife as a government employee stood as granter for higher study loan of a student of the post graduation in journalism . He is now a PRO of the civil hospital at district head quarter in Punjab .
We must produce maximum well learned journalists to represent in the medias both in electronic and print . A few years ago , my OBC Sikh writer friend met me in a show room to purchase a motorcycle for his son studying in the matric . I convinced him to purchase computer instead of vehicle . He convinced his son and purchased computer for him . The same son of my friend is a sub editor of a daily news paper at the age of 23 . They both have the new motor cycles .

As for the media center of BSP at Noida ( U.P. ) , I visited twice with Sahib Kanshi Ram in 1996 A.D. and 2000 A.D. I was the resident editor of the Bahujan Samaj Bulletin weekly being published by BSP from my residence at Jalandhar City ( Punjab ) released on 16th November 1996 by Sahib Kanshi Ram . Its circulation was 25,000 weekly and we determined to enhance its circulation one lac per week after the Punjab assembly election 1997 A.D. But on the day of election we met an accident which was plotted to stop the publication of that weekly . Our two worker scumbed to the injuries and myself with my wife and son and other three workers injured severely .

I AM TO SAY THAT FIRST WE DESERVE THEN WE DESIRE . WHY DID MAYAWATI SELL THAT MEDIA CENTRE AT NOIDA ?

It is true that the print media and the electronic media are not represented by the Bahujans . We should not merely accuse others . Our fore fathers achieved fundamental rights for us by struggling hard . We have not so much enthusiasm .

It will be surprise for your good self that I was in Mumbai on 6th December , 2009 with my family including newly married daughter and son-in-law . I purchased all the news papers amounting Rs. 97/- . I assure you that some news papers issued special issues on Baba Saheb Ambedkar with his photos on full front page . I also visited the Tata Institute of Social Sciences , Mumbai where the institute organized a function on Baba Sahib`s death anniversary . Mr. Satish Shambarkar and his classmates welcomed us .

Next day , I was in Pune and purchased the all news papers in English , Hindi and Marathi available on the book stall . It is true that some news papers especially the English news papers did not cover this incident . But we should ask ourselves whether we invited the press to cover the functions or issued the press releases on this occasion on or before the day ?

Being the national spokesman of the erstwhile Sahib Kanshi Ram Bachaao Sangarsh Committee , I assure you the press might cover our story / stories if we have cordial relations . If you appoint me to cover the incident in both the print and electronic medias , I first of all honour the news papers in a function which published even a line on 6th and 7th December , 2009 regarding Baba Saheb .

I appreciate your stand that the dalit is a derogatory remarks . My wife who is a daring and visionary lady also objected , also objected . Although Sahib Kanshi Ram founded the Dalit Shosit Samaj Shangharsh Samiti yet he also once told to the press reporters at Jalandhar ( Punjab ) that he disliked the use of word Dalit .He also preached the aboriginal Indian theory when he said that we ( SCs, STs , OBCS and religious minorities ) are 85 % and the aboriginal Indians .

I always use the word aboriginal Indians . Our Babu Mangu Ram Muggowalia , a revolutionary leader of the Gadhar Party established in the USA in 1913 AD , founded the Adi- Dharam Mandal on 11-12 June , 1926 . He advised his followers that you were the aboriginal Indians and your religion was the Adi-Dharam .The Adi-Dharam was registered as religion in the census 1931 AD and more than five and an half million aboriginal Indians . There were also the movements of the aboriginal Indians i.g. Adi-Dravida , Adi-Andhra , Adi-Karnatka and Adi-Hindu . I also registered some websites – Adi-Indians.com , Adi-Dharam.com and Adi-Maharashtra etc.

Actually ,the Mahars converted to the Buddhism started the Dalit Panther movement as they did not get rid of the casteism .
