Smart camera:
The thing about security is, you don’t need it till something happens. But when something happens (and eventually something will) its great to have a smart camera that can warn you ahead of time or atleast give the cops the faces they need to work with if a crime has already happened. You can also link this to a smart alarm that immediately alerts a private security company. You can either get a camera that’s designed to capture a large area surrounding your home or even a simple little smart peephole camera. Remember, security is important and a camera is just the first step. Privacy blinds will also keep anyone from being rewarded for becoming too curious.
Smart Thermostat:
Being able to control the temperature of your home directly is a whole different feeling. While using blinds and curtains will certainly help cut the energy costs needed to maintain a comfortable temperature, sometimes you just HAVE to adjust the thermostat too. You can directly decide your energy consumption from anywhere in your home as well as outside of it.
And of course, we need these: Smart lights!

You can even have Alexa program your lights and blinds to operate on their own while you’re on a well-deserved vacation. Alexa-controlled cordless blinds might just be what you need to keep potential burglars at bay, and if they’re suspicious of the blinds then there’s a good chance the lights might go the extra mile needed to convince them to remain at bay.

WIFI power socket adapters are the most important part of Alexa’s controlled smart network. Because while gadgets themselves can be quite smart and WIFI enabled themselves, the WIFI power adapters from any reputed brand can actually turn any device into a WIFI operated wonder. While this kind of control isn’t necessarily perfect given that it’s merely a remote on/off switch, your imagination will be sure to let you use these to their maximum potential.
