iCare is an online gift shop that allows people to send food packages as gifts to their loved inmates in jail. Customers can either make an account or order gift packages as guests. In any case, customers first need to locate an iCare facility near their local area. Afterward, they must identify their inmate by entering their name or number.
Once done, they are redirected to select a gift package of their choice out of the options available and add them to their cart. After customers have finished shopping, they are redirected to the checkout page. Once the order has been placed and payment made, customers will receive an email from iCare, confirming their order and allowing them to track its status. Once the package is delivered within 30 days of an order being made, the customers will be notified via email only.
